Buckingham Palace is reportedly reviewing King Charles III’s funeral plan due to growing concerns over his health. According to In Touch Weekly, the king has been battling cancer for the past six months, and his condition has allegedly worsened, making the review of funeral arrangements necessary.
An insider claims that the royal family is keeping details of the king’s health private, but it’s clear that they are preparing for the worst. Despite efforts to present Charles as recovering, the insider suggests that both the king and his entourage are realistic about the situation, with death being a possibility.
“The planning for his funeral has already started, as difficult as that may seem,” the source told the magazine. Although Charles continues to make public appearances, they are reportedly shorter, and he often travels by helicopter to reduce strain. After these appearances, he requires substantial rest.
According to the outlet, King Charles III is currently aware of all these issues and is involved with them. However, he is most concerned about the royal family at present, because if he passes away, various problems could arise within the royal family. He has started to think deeply about these issues, especially about Prince Harry and his brother Prince Andrew.
