Ariana Grande has responded for the first time to rumors that she took a married man from his family. The singer stated that she won’t let media “ruin her life.”
In an interview with Vanity Fair Ariana addressed rumors about her relationship with Ethan Slater. According to speculation, the two started dating while both were still married.
Two months later, Ariana seemed to confirm this by filing for divorce from her husband of two years, Dalton Gomez.
Ethan Slater also added to the rumors by divorcing his wife, Lilly Jay, shortly after their baby was born. This led many online to accuse Ariana of stealing him from his family.
Now Ariana has spoken up criticizing the media for spreading false stories about their relationship.
“The most disappointing part is that so many believed the worst version of our relationship. Tabloids don’t show an accurate picture of anyone. No one tries harder to be there for loved ones, and no one has a better heart than him,” Ariana shared.
She added, won’t let tabloids affect her life anymore and described herself as “deeply good” person proud of who she is becoming.
